Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and validate AI solutions for pathological diagnosis and prognosis of cancer using digitized slides
  • Design and implement image processing, computer vision, and mathematical modelling algorithms
  • Apply machine learning and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) to medical image analysis
  • Collaborate with hospitals and clinical settings for data acquisition and validation
  • Present research findings at internal and external seminars and conferences
  • Prepare technical reports and scientific manuscripts for publication

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, Electrical Engineering, Biology or related field
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Matlab, C/C++, Java, or Python
  • Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, pattern recognition, and digital image processing techniques
  • Hands‑on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Ability to implement numerical computational algorithms and solve complex scientific problems
  • Strong analytical, logical, and problem‑solving skills
