Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate AI solutions for pathological diagnosis and prognosis of cancer using digitized slides
- Design and implement image processing, computer vision, and mathematical modelling algorithms
- Apply machine learning and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) to medical image analysis
- Collaborate with hospitals and clinical settings for data acquisition and validation
- Present research findings at internal and external seminars and conferences
- Prepare technical reports and scientific manuscripts for publication
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, Electrical Engineering, Biology or related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Matlab, C/C++, Java, or Python
- Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, pattern recognition, and digital image processing techniques
- Hands‑on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Ability to implement numerical computational algorithms and solve complex scientific problems
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem‑solving skills
