Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee ServiceNow platform architecture across large‑scale, complex implementations
- Enhance systems and platform capabilities to meet evolving business and operational requirements
- Define, review, and govern technical designs with focus on integration, performance, quality, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure operations teams to manage capacity planning and platform resilience
- Ensure applications and infrastructure meet defined service level agreements (SLAs)
- Track, analyze, and act on key performance indicators related to application and infrastructure performance
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to multiple delivery teams
- Contribute to strategic decision‑making and solution direction across programs and stakeholders
Requirements
- Master proficiency in ServiceNow Platform Architecture
- Master proficiency in Packaged Application Integration
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading and managing multiple technical teams in complex environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise‑scale system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Experience working collaboratively across business, technology, and operations stakeholders
