Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement transformational industry, functional, or digital solutions
- Develop change management strategy and deliverables
- Manage change plan, impact assessment, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and communications strategy
- Define skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms for change initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the team
- Drive change management integration with other projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of change management and/or human capital consulting experience
- Experience in Talent Management, Learning & Skilling, or Operating Model & Organization Effectiveness is highly preferred
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
