Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of programs/projects to achieve defined business outcomes.
- Define scope, plans, and deliverables, and ensure execution aligns with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Apply PMBOK-based project management practices across planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Track progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure proper governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations, resolve issues, and provide regular updates.
- Support estimation, resource planning, and continuous delivery improvements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in program/project management using PMBOK principles (scope, schedule, cost, and governance).
- Experience in risk and compliance management, including identification and mitigation of project risks.
- Skilled in estimation, planning, and delivery tracking to ensure on-time and within-scope execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
