Key Responsibilities
- Design and define new business processes aligned to client-specific KYC and regulatory requirements
- Assess current-state operations to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement innovative solutions using established methodologies, tools, and Accenture assets
- Lead and support programs that enable organizational change and adoption of new ways of working
- Collaborate with business, technology, and compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Provide subject matter expertise in Agentic Design to guide decision-making across initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business transformation, process design, or related roles
- Master-level proficiency in Agentic Design
- Expert-level proficiency in KYC Compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Strong experience analyzing and redesigning operational processes
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study
