Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate them into functional specs, user stories, and process flows
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
- Perform gap analyses and recommend improvements
- Maintain functional documentation
- Develop and execute test plans (system, integration, UAT, regression)
Requirements
- Primarily support business analysis and functional testing activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL
- Strong analytical and communication skills
