Key Responsibilities
- Leverage tools/spreadsheets to monitor & analyze sales data to identify trends, anomalies and insights
- Develop forecasts for new product launches, leveraging historical data through checking spreadsheets and dashboards against various data sources to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Proactively engage cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
- Implement meticulous quality control procedures to maintain data integrity.
- Document and communicate validation findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize Google Sheets and SQL to manage and analyze sales data.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying data inconsistencies.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively to generate meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets, Google Slides) including advanced formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
- Knowledge in SQL is critical.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
