About the role
The SAP HCM, Time & Payroll Lead will drive the migration of HR and payroll processes to S/4HANA, design time management and integration solutions, and oversee payroll delivery for Singapore statutory requirements. The role also involves leading a distributed team, conducting workshops, and supporting change management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead lift-and-shift of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Evaluation from ECC to S/4HANA
- Own Time Management design — schemas, schedules, quotas, OT, allowances
- Deliver Singapore statutory payroll (CPF, IRAS, SDL, SHG)
- Design SuccessFactors EC ↔ S/4HANA HCM integration and the payroll-to-FI/CO posting interface
- Lead and run the H2E workshops and advise on the future-state unified HR platform direction (S/4HANA HCM vs. SuccessFactors ECP)
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in SAP Talent and HR modules is required
- Strong background in SAP HCM Payroll implementation is suggested
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors is recommended
- Proven ability to analyze HR metrics and recommend process improvements
- Experience leading technical teams through system implementations
