About the role
Qorvo is seeking a Sr Test Engineer responsible for test source code development, enhancement, modification, test time reduction, and troubleshooting to support production testing during NPI and HVM phases. The role involves collaboration with product engineering, application engineering, and site engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and modify test source code.
- Reduce test time and troubleshoot test solutions for production.
- Collaborate with business unit/site product and application engineering on test solution deployment.
- Address productivity or quality concerns with site engineering.
- Support test time reduction opportunities and urgent demand upside.
- Investigate customer complaints or quality issues, including test information analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
- 3-8 years of semiconductor industry experience in EF test engineering, product engineering, design, or application.
- Good understanding of modern RF communication systems and RF front-end component technologies.
- Experience with ATE RF testers, handlers, or probers and application lab bench tools.
- Willingness to travel APAC and work extra hours.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
