Qorvo is seeking a Staff Product Engineer in Singapore to drive NPI-to-HVM execution for assigned products, focusing on test yield, quality, and productivity improvements. This role involves data mining, analysis, and strategic/tactical PE functions, ensuring alignment across various engineering and business units.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth ramp of NPI into HVM for assigned products.
- Drive rapid issue resolution for yield, quality, and cost optimization.
- Manage test yield performance and systematic yield dip diagnosis.
- Lead investigation and disposition of problematic materials.
- Collaborate on test program development, verification, and release.
- Maintain alignment on test strategy and deployment plans globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
- At least 8 years of semiconductor industry experience.
- Understanding of RF communication systems and RF front-end component technologies.
- Experience with ATE RF testers, handlers, or probers and lab bench tools.
- Commitment to travel and work extra hours as needed.
- Good data analytics and problem articulation skills.
