Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in the development and maintenance of project schedules and plans.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Track project progress and update status reports.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks and issues, providing administrative support in resolving them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business management or other related discipline.
- Ideally 1-2 years experience in business management, project management and cybersecurity. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
