Key Responsibilities
- Render 2nd level or 3rd level AMS support for escalated issues
- Perform in-depth production incident troubleshooting and resolution
- Identify and perform problem management to reduce re-occurring issues
- Lead discussions on high level solution design for enhancements
- Maintain documentation according to firm standards
- Comply with AMS processes and client IT policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines
- At least 4-8 years experience working with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as support team lead/member or implementation team lead/member of SAP Finance (FICO)
- Good knowledge of integration to other related modules
- At least 3 years experience leading a team
- Experience in delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms
- Experience working on traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approach
