About the role

This is a Senior Associate role within a Real Estate project team focusing on construction coordination and document control. The position involves managing interfaces between internal teams and external vendors, tracking project design changes, and coordinating tender deliverables for large-scale industrial or commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate amongst team members to ensure all interfaces, including required documentation, are managed in a timely manner
  • Track and ensure reporting to senior leadership are accurate and on time
  • File and document all ongoing correspondence and documentation to internal teams and external vendors
  • Collate and maintain tracking schedules for the External Works teams' responses to submissions for shop drawings, RFI's, material submissions, and method statements
  • Track changes to the project that have been generated through the design and construction process
  • Assist in the preparation of progress meeting minutes, including detailed, accurate, timely project reports, work schedules, and implementations
  • Track design changes both internally with consultants and externally with the Main Contractor and specialist contractors
  • Coordinate with consultants including designers, engineers, and QS to ensure alignment of tender deliverables
  • Track tender timelines and ensure all milestones and submission deadlines are met

Requirements

  • BSc Building/Construction Management/Building Diploma/Architecture/Interior/MEP/Structure or similar qualifications preferred
  • 2 years previous work experience in a similar field
  • Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different departments, companies and external parties
  • Maintain composure under pressure and meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts
  • Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with management, other team members, and outside contacts
  • Clear and methodical approach to working in a fast-paced and busy environment
  • Experience of Sharepoint or other similar web-based systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with MS Planner is ideal
