Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager for Financial Services industry group to drive transformation in banking across SEA, involving front office transformation, omni-channel design, operating model transformation, and digital enablement.

Key Responsibilities
- Identifying client's business requirements and opportunities for efficiencies
- Undertaking research on market sizing, competitive benchmarking, digital capabilities
- Developing draft pitch proposals with storyboarding, data analysis, opportunity sizing
- Using tech and design thinking to solve business needs
- Participating in problem solving and offering ideas
- Facilitating client workshops for current state assessment and future state design
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in business, actuarial, finance or technology
- Currently enrolled in or obtained MBA from well-ranked institution
- Minimum 6-8 years working experience in Consulting and/or Financial Services – Banking
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia market trends and drivers
- Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation in Financial Services or FinTech
- Strong delivery management and stakeholder management skills
