About the role
Deloitte is seeking a T&T Manager for its Technology, Strategy & Transformation team in Singapore to lead technology strategy and transformation engagements for financial services clients, including IT strategy development, operating model design, application rationalization, IT transformation, M&A, and sourcing. The role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Design IT operating model including roles, governance, processes, controls, and tools
- Assess application landscape and define target state architecture and platform roadmaps
- Shape and run major IT transformation programs
- Work on large international M&A deals covering due diligence, strategy, planning, and optimization
- Optimize service delivery models and execute sourcing options
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline from a well-ranked institution
- Minimum 12 years of working experience in technology strategy and transformation at consulting firms or in-house consulting/enterprise architecture roles in leading Insurance Institutions
- Demonstrated experience in technology strategy for Banking Institutions with exposure to IT strategy, architecture, operating model design, cloud strategy, business case development, or large technology transformation programs
- Deep understanding of banking technology landscape, especially digital banking capabilities
- Demonstrated thought leadership and eminence building
- Understanding of new age solution provider landscape across banking
