Key Responsibilities
- Handle a spectrum of finance-related activities including treasury, financial accounting and reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management, audit and tax matters.
- Participate in finance transformation projects.
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including review of invoice coding, matching and billing, clearing of GL, checking payment status and monitoring the progress of invoice clearing.
- Liaise with shared service team (GFS) and respective business unit (BU) to follow up and address BU's queries, rejected/unmatched/missing invoices, and handle ServiceNow requests.
- Handle timely preparation of month-end closing reports and schedules.
- Prepare InterFirm's payment proposals, contra schedules and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in accounting or similar certification with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is a team player.
- Resourceful, meticulous, organised, independent and able to multi-task.
- Confident and comfortable with handling data and figures.
- Relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
