Key Responsibilities
- Identifying client's business requirements and overall strategy
- Undertaking extensive desktop and on-the-ground research on market sizing, competitive benchmarking, etc.
- Developing draft pitch proposals including storyboarding, data analysis, and project costing
- Using tech, human-centered design thinking and innovative approaches to solve business needs
- Participating in team problem solving and offering ideas to solve client issues
- Facilitating client workshops for current state assessment and future state design
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in business and/or currently enrolled in or obtained MBA from a well ranked institution
- Minimum 12 years working experience in Consulting and/or Financial Services Industry, ideally in Life Insurance or General Insurance or Bancassurance
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia market, core trends and drivers
- Experience leading digital transformation, distribution channel transformation, strategy consulting, actuarial/risk/tech/digital/human capital projects, insurance cost reduction/efficiency/automation, or complex insurance transformation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Human-centered design thinking, logical structuring, and analytical problem-solving skills
