Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
- Assess restructuring operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline core operations' service delivery.
- Assist in proposal development, as requested.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a business or finance discipline with a well-ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in an MBA program.
- Min. 8-10 years of professional experience in a transformation or consulting role, preferably in the semiconductor/high-tech/EMS industries.
- 2-3 years consulting experience or has worked closely with consultants before in projects.
- Skillsets and experience in Production Planning, Manufacturing execution & operations, Logistics and Warehouse processes and systems.
- Exposure to Supply Chain or Procurement processes.
- Experience in Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS), Dispatching, AI solutions in the above industries.
