About the role
The Market Program Senior Executive/Assistant Manager will work in close partnership with senior internal stakeholders to develop and deliver high-impact marketing and client initiatives for the Deloitte Private market program across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop business plans that address leadership goals and reinforce Deloitte's market-leading positioning for the Deloitte Private market program
- Execute business plans across appropriate channels including events, sponsorships, social media, media, and client touchpoints
- Manage financial reports for the market program and strategic accounts, including opportunities and sales pipeline
- Develop client materials, presentations, contact lists and supporting research as required
- Support client engagement activities and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the development and delivery of thought leadership and eminence initiatives to build the Deloitte brand and deepen client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum five years of marketing communications or program experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Self-starter with ability to manage time effectively and deal with ambiguity
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and thorough execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce is an advantage
