Deloitte is seeking a T&T Consultant for Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions in Singapore to support clients in their transformation journey, focusing on operational excellence, cost optimization, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work, specifically in cost optimizations and/or reductions.
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
- Assess restructuring operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline core operations' service delivery.
- Assist in proposal development, as requested.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a business from a well ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in an MBA program.
- Min. 3-5 years and above of professional experience in a transformation or consulting role.
- Experience leading business model design and implementation in areas of financial modelling, Operational Excellence (Opex), productivity and efficiency programs.
- Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.
- Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills with ability to write clearly and succinctly.
- Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
