About the role
We are looking for a proactive and eager Talent & HR Intern to support our BU Talent and Talent Acquisition teams. This role provides hands-on experience in HR operations, year end review processes, and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the year end performance review process.
- Prepare and organise review materials, reminders, and follow up actions.
- Support data collation and ensure accurate record keeping in HR systems.
- Help with administrative tasks such as filing, tracking documents, and updating HR records.
- Support the TA team with the recruitment process end-to-end.
- Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates where required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in HR operations and recruitment.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
