The Senior Manager, Team Lead for B2B Applications oversees digital service transformation and operational excellence for enterprise IT systems. Key Responsibilities
- Develop the master plan and roadmap for B2B digital enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Lead the deployment of digital platforms and services that enhance operational efficiency and deliver superior user experiences
- Partner with internal and external airport stakeholders to identify needs, build robust business cases, and justify investments based on ROI
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to design, implement, and sustain enterprise IT solutions
- Ensure system availability, performance, and operational excellence across all deployed platforms
- Oversee change management processes, ensuring solutions meet technical, functional, security, and performance requirements
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely support, maintenance, and adherence to SLAs
- Promote industry best practices in IT service management and agile delivery
- Advocate for modern architectures, automation, and scalable solutions that support evolving business needs
Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
- At least 8 years' experience leading large-scale, business-critical IT environments across multiple enterprise stakeholders
- Proven experience in solution delivery, integration, and operational support for complex B2B platforms
- Proven application of AI/ML to enhance capabilities, automate processes, and improve user experiences
- Proficiency in architecting and implementing enterprise-grade solutions such as SOA, microservices, and API gateways
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, identity and access management, and compliance standards
- Hands-on experience with modern development practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and cloud-native architectures
- Deep hands-on familiarity with software engineering practices such as agile and waterfall delivery models
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate AI concepts into practical, value-driven solutions and guide teams in integrating AI capabilities
- Certifications such as PMP, ITSM, CITPM, CSPO, or CSM are highly valued
- Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, Python, React Native, Node.js, and cloud technologies
