Key Responsibilities
- Drive and/or support the formulation of CAG's strategy, including strategic planning and financial strategy.
- Scan and analyze market/industry benchmarks and trends.
- Design and lead planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide rigorous analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and/or partake in strategic initiatives and strategic problem-solving.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative/financial analyses to identify new transformation and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- A good degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics.
- At least 8 years of strong track record in corporate-level Strategic, Corporate or Financial Planning.
- Experience in Management Accounting will be advantageous.
- Superior conceptual, numeracy and analytical skills.
- Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Big-picture perspective with attention to details and a focus on delivering results.
