Key Responsibilities
- Act as Team Lead and/or Engagement Manager for FCC projects covering policy reviews, regulatory gap analysis, transaction look backs, audit and compliance testing, AML technology effectiveness review, target operating model etc.
- Supervise team members and review outputs to ensure alignment with internal standards.
- Manage engagements to ensure working activities and deliverables are delivered in line with scope of work.
- Develop FCC technical skills of team members.
- Manage internal risk and compliance, and financial matters relating to the engagement.
- Stay informed of emerging FCC requirements and maintain awareness of FCC issues affecting financial services industry.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, law).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in FCC or related fields, ideally within consulting or legal institutions.
- 5+ years in a managerial role leading FCC-related work.
- Strong understanding of regulatory expectations, with additional knowledge of major ASEAN jurisdictions considered a plus.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing internal controls for financial services, particularly within FCC frameworks and strategies.
- Effective project management skills with ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under demanding timelines.
