Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners to oversee and deliver high-impact climate & sustainability/ESG advisory engagements.
- Foster teamwork and client engagement, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take charge of project delivery, including setting timelines, defining scope, and leading work programs.
- Ensure rigorous project management, assurance testing, review processes, and draft reporting.
- Drive sustainability governance, manage ESG reporting, assess financial impacts of sustainability practices, climate change, carbon footprint, sustainable finance, and sustainability data management and analytics.
- Champion sustainability communication efforts internally and externally.
Requirements
- Five to eight years of working experience in advisory engagements, preferably with prior sustainability/ESG-related work experience in a consulting environment.
- Inquisitive mind with a strong passion for sustainability and ESG issues.
- Strong business skills and ability to translate recommendations and ideas effectively in reports, presentations, client proposals, and written communication.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management techniques including decision-making, analytical skills, time management, organization, and evaluative skills.
- Self-starter who takes ownership for tasks and team performance, proactively seeks ways to address clients' needs.
