Assistant Manager role in Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting practice, focusing on ERP and tax bolt-on solution implementations, delivering compliance and customs solutions, and leading project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compliance and customs solutions including project management, change management, solution design, solution implementation, and end-user support & training.
- Lead and/or facilitate business process definition and modeling, check feasibility of business model regarding ERP products and legal requirements.
- Guide a team to implement and configure software to replicate required business processes and analytical/reporting needs.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the TTC practice globally.
- Act as a key contributor in a team of ERP and OneSource/Vertex implementation specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Information Technology or similar fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in ERP (SAP/Oracle) project implementation or similar projects.
- Solid knowledge of ERP solutions.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft would be an advantage.
- Experience integrating tax bolt-on solutions with ERP systems (i.e., Vertex, OneSource Indirect Tax).
- Technical or functional lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
