Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Risk Partnership: Collaborate with Business Risk Leader and SEA SR&T QRM team to cultivate a consultative network supporting regulatory and risk management initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance Advisory: Act as central point of contact on regulatory requirements for Corporate Finance Advisory and Restructuring practices, providing pragmatic guidance.
  • Quality and Risk Program Implementation: Drive deployment of QRM programs and tools across SEA SR&T, ensuring consistent application.
  • Policy and Framework Development: Contribute to design and enhancement of QRM policies, guidelines, templates, and tools.
  • Practice Reviews and Compliance Monitoring: Support execution of thematic practice reviews and monitor internal policies and ISO standards.
  • Leadership Reporting and Insights: Deliver accurate, timely reporting to senior leadership on regulatory, risk, and quality matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-12 years of relevant professional service experience in regulatory affairs/compliance, risk management or corporate financial advisory.
  • Strong familiarity with Capital Markets Services regulatory frameworks in Singapore and Malaysia, with demonstrable experience engaging with regulatory authorities.
  • Completed undergraduate degree, with preference towards Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management or Law.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with English fluency, proficiency with Microsoft Office+ suite and related productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player across different service offerings in SEA region, comfortable with varying stakeholder levels.
  • Strong organisational and project management skillset; high attention to detail.
