About the role

As part of Deloitte Singapore Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to early identification of candidates through internship and full-time opportunities, acting as main liaison, brand ambassador, and supporting employer branding and talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for candidates, university student clubs, and internal business stakeholders.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, strengthening Deloitte's presence on campus and enhancing both internal and external visibility.
  • Deliver employer branding and talent initiatives by engaging students and positioning Deloitte as an employer of choice (e.g., organising recruitment drives, campus networking events, and student club collaborations).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews as well as orientation sessions for interns and graduate hires.
  • Plan, manage, and execute engagement activities and programmes for interns.
  • Gather, analyse, and present meaningful insights from HR data in management reports.

Requirements

  • Students from Business Administration/Human Resource Management related disciplines are welcome to apply.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship of 6 months; longer commitments will be an advantage.
  • Committed and passionate about driving talent initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter, meticulous and well organized – efficient in planning, coordination and follow-up.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
