- *Job Qualifications** • Experienced consulting professional with 5 years and more than two ERP implementation experienced to be Change Management Lead for a regional SAP S4 implementation • Must be a strong change management professional with experience in change planning, executive engagement, change impact analysis and organization recommendation and training execution • Understanding and application of data and GenAI in their daily work and customer applications including in digital adoption and training • Strong finance skills to extent can train end users in new finance tools • Strong business acumen • Ideally with consulting background All of our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.
