Key Responsibilities
- Manage testing flow and yield of devices.
- Support daily manufacturing activities with problem analysis and solutions.
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality and yield.
- Undertake product transfer and modification of test programs.
- Lead/participate in investigations and solutions for technical problems.
- Participate in projects using Lean methodologies.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Understanding of testing concepts.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Microsoft office skills.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
