About the role
Senior Production Management Engineer responsible for running a 12‑hour rotating shift in a semiconductor fab, overseeing people, production output, quality, safety and cost while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage shift personnel and allocate manpower
- Execute the production plan to meet output targets
- Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance in real time
- Meet production targets and maintain linearity of work‑in‑process
- Maximize equipment capacity and utilization
- Raise awareness and improve overall fab yield
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical or related technical field
- 2–5 years experience in high‑volume manufacturing, preferably semiconductor or cleanroom/automated environment
- Strong communication, coaching and conflict‑handling skills
- Ability to organize manpower, assign tasks and manage breaks while maintaining output
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotating shift environment (including weekends and nights)
