Key Responsibilities
- Leading tax research and production of advice regarding tax technical matters
- Supervising preparation of tax computations/filings
- Leading tax workstreams for M&A transactions (including tax due diligence, tax structuring, tax modelling and SPA support)
- Managing, training and coaching more junior members of the team
- Preparation of proposals and presentations and assisting with business development
Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of corporate tax experience preferably with an international accounting/law firm
- Experience in both compliance and advisory roles preferred
- Strong analytical skills, good communication skills, proven project management skills
- Experience managing people
- Tax and finance, legal or accounting background
- Experience concerning one or more financial services sub-sectors (Banking and Capital Markets, Investment Management, Real Estate, Insurance, Digital Assets)
