About the role
The Process Engineer – Photolithography will support and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes, focusing on Canon Exposure, TEL track, and DNS track lithography systems, ensuring high‑quality, stable, and efficient production through process control, troubleshooting, data analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and optimize Canon Exposure, TEL track, and DNS track lithography systems by defining and tuning process recipes
- Perform routine process monitoring, tool qualification, SPC tracking, and defect analysis to maintain stable and repeatable process performance
- Analyze process and metrology data to identify improvement opportunities, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Update process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect changes and improvements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance
- Participate in team meetings and problem‑solving discussions, providing support to shift engineers and technicians
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in semiconductor process engineering and photolithography
- Strong knowledge of process control, SPC, defect analysis, and root‑cause investigation
- Ability to analyze technical data and translate findings into practical process improvements
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Hands‑on experience with lithography equipment and/or related manufacturing tools is preferred
