Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with ST internal product division and subcon manufacturing team on production sustaining at subcon plant (in case of serious equipment failures, coordinate internal and external resource for equipment breakdown repair and recovery).
- Technical support on equipment maintenance/troubleshooting/skill training/spare replenishment/etc.
- Leading equipment related technical change and manage equipment related production/quality risk.
- Attends professional seminar and work with internal equipment key program/team in order to benchmark and share best known methods, and participates corporate worldwide users meeting.
- Support manager on equipment management policy implement and continuity improvement action execution.
Requirements
- Technical support on equipment maintenance/troubleshooting/skill training/spare replenishment/etc.
- Participates equipment benchmark selection and budgeting, delivery & installation, qualification acceptance buy-off, upgrading/evolution follow up.
- Equipment inventory and transfer movement management to sustain supply chain environment, Fixed equipment asset reconciliation and decommission & disposition management at GOBM Organization Contribute New Product Introduction (NPI) qualification to Mass Production(MP) equipment and tooling for testing across all subcon (OSAT).
- YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Bachelor degree in automation or electronic qualification, or relevant discipline.
- 2 to 5 years experience in semiconductor industry with equipment maintenance or testing engineering in a manufacturing facility, preferably in Electrical Wafer Sorting (EWS), Final Testing and Burn in testing of back-end operations.
- Experience in testing equipment (ATE/prober/handler/burn-in oven etc.) and hardware tooling (probe card, load board, change kit, burn-in board, etc.) maintenance and troubleshooting, testing methodologies and test programs, systems integration.
