Key Responsibilities

Operations Support

  • Monitor system performance, capacity, and error logs; fine-tune configurations as needed.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, apply hotfixes/patches, and coordinate with vendors/product teams for permanent resolutions.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and operational runbooks.
  • Implement proactive monitoring and alerting to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization, automation, and performance improvements.
  • Provide support for hardware and infrastructure issues escalated from the customer team.
  • Proactively identify and resolve performance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying data center infrastructure, working on Hyper-V, Windows Servers, REHL, CyberArk PAM and Veeam Data Backup products.
  • Experience with Hyper-V cluster setup, vNIC, and vSwitch configuration.
  • Experience with performing CIS hardening on Windows 2022 Data Center & REHL, GPO deployment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
  • Familiarity with ITIL change and incident management processes.
  • Good knowledge of networking (IP addressing, routing, VLANs).
  • Knowledge of BMC Control-M is preferred
  • Knowledge of implementing firewall rules, support network switches is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
  • ITIL Foundation v3/v4
