About the role
Facility Technician responsible for day‑to‑day operation, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, ACMV, electrical and fire systems in a semiconductor facility, ensuring efficient operation and minimal production interruption.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure facility systems operate efficiently with minimal interruption.
- Operate and monitor mechanical, ACMV, electrical and fire systems.
- Monitor parameters, respond to alarms, and perform first‑line troubleshooting.
- Conduct routine switch‑over activities.
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment such as pumps and MAH/AHU systems.
- Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping at the workplace.
Requirements
- Minimum NTC2/NITEC qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
- Hands‑on experience within the last 3 years.
- Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts.
- Knowledge of mechanical, ACMV, electrical and fire system operations.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
