About the role
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing a shift in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met. Key duties include meeting production targets, improving yield, managing manpower, and fostering continuous improvement. The role requires a diploma or degree in engineering or a related field, 2-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, and strong communication and coaching skills.

- Raise awareness and improve overall fab yield.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical field.
- 2–5 years experience in high‑volume manufacturing; semiconductor, electronics, or similar cleanroom/automated environment preferred.
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict‑handling skills.
- Ability to organize manpower, assign tasks, and manage breaks while maintaining output.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment (rotating shifts, weekends, nights).
