About the role
STMicroelectronics seeks a Lithography Equipment Engineer to develop, monitor, and optimize lithography equipment for semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves troubleshooting, data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and yield.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and optimization of lithography equipment for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Analyze data to identify equipment improvements and implement solutions.
- Monitor and control lithography equipment to ensure consistent and high-quality output.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of process parameters, experiments, and results.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the engineering team.
- Update equipment documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of lithography processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
- Provide support to shift engineers and shift technicians as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment engineer, photolithography, or related.
- Hands on experience with EVG Bonder/Debonder / EKRA screen printer equipment.
- Understanding the basics of lithography principle and semiconductor process.
- Knowledge of data analysis and statistical process control.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Work independence and able to do multitask effectively.
