- Responsible for pre‑sales technical support to achieve design wins for immediate opportunities and expand regional business
- Strengthen troubleshooting and installation strategies by collaborating closely with product engineering teams
- Conceptualize and provide feasible solutions (PoC included) to customers and internal stakeholders particularly in the IoT/wireless domain
