About the role

This role supports business process analysis and digital transformation initiatives, including workflow automation and GenAI adoption. The analyst will document processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with IT and business teams to design and deploy digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis of current ('As-Is') business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the design of future-state ('To-Be') processes that are simplified, standardized, and ready for digitization or automation.
  • Assist in workshops and interviews with business users to gather requirements, clarify pain points, and document current processes.
  • Document process flows, business rules and functional requirements.
  • Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of digital solutions such as workflow automation, dashboards, and system enhancements.
  • Follow enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards during solution design and implementation.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users, internal IT departments, and offshore development teams.
  • Present prototypes, data insights, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor solution performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive and support GenAI adoption through user promotion, training, support, and the identification of high-value business use cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas, supporting workshops and discussions.
  • Ability to learn and adopt new digital tools quickly.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about continuous improvement.
  • Basic understanding of BPR methodologies and process modelling (e.g. BPMN, swimlane diagrams).
  • Good consulting mindset with structured problem-solving ability.
  • Exposure to IT systems, applications, or digital platforms through academic projects, internships, or work experience is beneficial.
  • Good communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, data platforms, or low-code solutions is an advantage.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate business needs into practical solutions.
