About the role
Join STMicroelectronics as a Process Engineer in Singapore to maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing operations within a dynamic semiconductor environment. This role involves real-time problem analysis, ensuring high quality and yield in CVD processes while contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing operations through real-time problem analysis and immediate implementation of effective solutions.
- Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow to deliver high quality, high yield, and low cost against committed production targets.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting for equipment failures, eSTAR/FDC alarms, and SPC violations.
- Manage and monitor equipment performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Work with Engineers to analyze and follow up on reported fab yields and D0 problems.
- Follow up on PM/CM qualifications to ensure equipment operates within specifications for quick return to Manufacturing.
- Assist in maintaining process quality and supporting process standardization during product and process industrialization.
- Ensure all processes are documented with clearly defined procedures in the system.
- Manage and follow up on Lots on Hold.
- Carry out Process Qualifications and Evaluations (trial runs) for SWR or split lots, ensuring proper passdown reports.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant engineering field.
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in semiconductor process engineering.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work under stressful environments.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong engineering data analysis skills.
- Ability to multitask.
