About the role
The PM Technician is responsible for maintaining and operating production tools on the shop floor, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing through routine preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, safety compliance, and detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines to ensure reliable performance
- Operate and monitor equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality
- Maintain good PM uptime and tool reliability after maintenance work
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for PM tasks
- Follow safety procedures and regulations and ensure work meets quality standards
- Keep detailed records of all service performed
Requirements
- Technical diploma or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Technology (or equivalent)
- High school diploma with substantial relevant experience may be considered
