Ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality production by executing process experiments, monitoring performance, solving technical issues, and collaborating closely with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Production.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Process Monitoring & Control Support to Process Engineering
- Contribute to Yield, Quality & Defect Reduction initiatives
- Provide Operations & Equipment Support
- Drive Continuous Improvement and maintain EHS Compliance
- Follow procedures and undergo training for personal development
Requirements
- Higher diploma with relevant semiconductor experience
- 3-5 years of Semiconductor background experience
- Basic understanding of semiconductor process steps and modules
- Ability to work with MES, process control, and reporting systems
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to work Night shift pattern and be on-call for Over-time line support
