Assist in managing and improving wafer fabrication processes for implant technology, supporting production operations, quality, and engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cost‑effective manufacturing process procedures in wafer fabrication
  • Provide operations support to the production line
  • Take full ownership of operational issues for the assigned process

Requirements

  • Escalate to Process Engineer for any abnormality result or deteriorated trend Follow up on lots on hold based on OCAP Execute SWR / DOE / Trial R&D lots Manage Engineering Qualification & Evaluation Execute & compile key measurement Index report eg.
  • ESTAR, defect median, equipment long down & down time trend & pare to and etc Able to trouble shoot OOC/OOS Able to do recipe alignment between system and MADCS Able to perform process fine tuning in OOC Able to carry out 80% of Process Engineer's task Comply to the company's security policy by adhering to the access privilege, control structures defined.
  • Disposition lots at real time and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence Support training of operators through spec documentation, establishment of training materials, as well as training of OJT trainers YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES • Foreign Diploma, Degree or equiivalent • Good verbal and written communication skills • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office • With Electronics/Computer/Technical/Mechanical back ground • Min.
