Key Responsibilities
- Manage cost‑effective manufacturing process procedures in wafer fabrication
- Provide engineering support to production line to achieve manufacturing targets
- Own engineering issues of assigned process
- Perform real‑time problem analysis and implement solutions
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost
- Collaborate with Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors, and Shift Engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Data, Chemical, Electrical Power Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in semiconductor industry
- Business proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, multitasking environment
- Self‑driven, independent with inquisitive mindset
