Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of advanced deposition systems like Novellus Altus and Centura CVD WXZ
- Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and throughput
- Diagnose and resolve faults across vacuum, RF, gas delivery, and temperature control systems
- Identify root causes using SPC charts and fault analysis
- Collaborate with process engineers on film deposition quality, thickness uniformity, and defect reduction
- Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
- Drive projects to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Equipment Engineer in PVD module
- Strong understanding of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) WXZ, WWEB process
- Strong understanding of Vacuum systems and pumps
- Experience working with Novellus Altus and Centura tools
