About the role
The Assistant Process Shift Engineer (Litho) supports day‑to‑day semiconductor manufacturing operations, ensuring equipment runs smoothly, processes stay on target, and quality/yield are maintained while collaborating across functions and sharing knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support daily manufacturing activities through real‑time problem analysis, isolation, and solution implementation
- Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost
- Collaborate with Tool Owners, Tool Specialists, and Production Supervisors to meet production targets
- Provide cross‑functional and cross‑fab support based on need and priority
- Share technical knowledge and lessons learned with new colleagues
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Effective communication skills for teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Willingness to work shifts in a dynamic production environment
- Proactive, team‑oriented attitude
