About the role
The Central Operation Engineer Intern will support business unit revenue and billing, provide first‑level manufacturing assistance, develop documentation and statistical algorithms, and follow up on new product introductions. The role requires an engineering background, analytical abilities, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
- To support business unit revenue/ billing needs
- Support first level manufacturing support in terms of outlier material disposition
- System support: manufacturing documentation and statistical rules/ algorithm development
- New product introduction operational follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any engineering-related fields
- Semiconductor/ product testing working experience a plus
- Strong leadership and good team player
- Strong quantitative, analytical and effective communication skills
- Result-oriented and driven
- Possess good problem-solving skills; able to plan and forecast
- Able to work in cross-cultural environment and effectively liaise with Europe Division counterparts as well as Asia subcontractors
- Strong Power BI/BO report skillset a plus
