Key Responsibilities
- Lead R&D on ESD and electrostatic charge control.
- Design and execute experiments for data acquisition and analysis.
- Deploy sensor-based monitoring on equipment for ESD risk assessment.
- Develop and convey training material to enhance ESD awareness.
- Perform equipment validation/qualification and provide technical support.
- Conduct audits and line assessments for improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Electrical Engineering diploma/degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry.
- Good technical knowledge of Assembly, Test & Finishing equipment & Processes.
- Strong management and project driving skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Willing to travel at least 25-40% of the time.
