About the role
The Digital Health Accelerator seeks a Project Manager to lead adoption and scaling of digital health solutions across startups, hospitals, and research institutions, managing project scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital health adoption and scaling projects across multiple parties (start-ups, innovators, hospital systems, and A*STAR).
- Define project scope, budget, and timeline in collaboration with Hospital Project Managers.
- Execute projects while identifying and mitigating technical risks.
- Convene DHA, DxD Hub, and ecosystem enablers to achieve project objectives.
- Provide periodic project progress updates and manage stakeholder priorities and dynamics.
- Develop project agreements, procurement specifications, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- More than 8 years of experience deploying software solutions in Singapore PHIs.
- More than 10 years of healthcare digital solutions deployment experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 62304 standards.
- Understanding of applicable medical device regulations.
- Understanding of cyber security requirements.
